UKTest is a 2-day workshop to be held at the Department of Computer Science, University of Sheffield, 5-6 September 2005.
Background
The first UK Software Testing Research workshop was held in York in September 1998, and the second in 2003. Both workshops were very informal affairs. This year intends to be no different.
Since the first workshop there has been a significant increase in interest in various aspects of testing in the UK. Discussions with the EPSRC-funded FORTEST network concluded that a regular UK Software Testing Research workshop would serve as a useful community building function and that widening participation to encompass overseas researchers would also foster greater collaboration.
