Compares the samples at the two input sockets in1 and in2. Comparator produces a binary output; true (1) if in1 exceeds in2 by an amount greater than X, else false (0) i.e:
out1=true if in1>in2+X
out1=false if in1<=in2+X
The inputs must have matching dimensionality and size.
