DeltaMask

The DeltaMask block takes a missing data mask which has been calculated for static features, and generates the corresponding mask for the delta features. The delta mask will mark a delta value as present if the static mask indicates that all the points required to make the delta were present. Whether or not a delta can be said to be present will depend on the size of the regression window that was used when calculating the deltas - the regression window half-size must be supplied with the DELTA_WIN parameter.
