GaussianNoise is a signal generator block that generates a zero-mean noise signal composed of a sequence of samples independently drawn from a Gaussian distribution. There are 3 controlling parameters: SAMPLE_RATE, DURATION and AMP.
SAMPLE_RATE is in units of samples per second, and DURATION is measured in seconds. The amplitude parameter, AMP, is the RMS amplitude of the signal.
