Outputs the likelihood of the input data assuming it has been generated by a Gaussian process with given mean and variance.
MEAN and VARIANCE can either be specified as constants by setting the block's parameters, or as time varying signals fed to the block's optional inputs in2 and in3 for the MEAN and VARIANCE respectively.
The input data may be samples or frames. If frame data is input then the likelihood is calculated separately for each element of the input frame to construct an output frame of matching dimensionality and size.
| Inputs | Meaning | Sample | 1-D frame | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| in1 | signal | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| (in2) | dynamic MEAN parameter | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| (in3) | dynamic VARIANCE parameter | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Outputs | Meaning |
|---|---|
| out1 | likelihood of input data |
| Parameters | Type | Default | Meaning |
|---|---|---|---|
| MEAN | Float | - | mean of the distribution |
| VARIANCE | Float | - | variance of the distribution |
