This is an opportunity for you to raise any non-technical items, e.g. to do with staffing, administration, finance

• Work Programme Review

Most of the meeting should be concerned with assessing our progress and planning for the next 6 months.

We'll do it by task, so be prepared to talk about the tasks you are involved with.

Issues needing detailed discussion should be summarised briefly and then postponed till Saturday

Scientific Meeting, Saturday 29th Jan

This should be the usual mixture of progress reports/ presentations and discussion.

One thing we must do is decide in detail about how to put together the demonstrator system.
